Claudia’s Figurine

This figurine helps me tap into my inner superhero. 

As a senior executive, people often comment on how "big" my role is. As a petite, South Korean female, these types of comments often trigger a moment of self-doubt about my seat at the table. 

I'm fortunate to have built a network of supporters who give me the strength I need to keep pressing on knowing that I earned my role as a result of my accomplishments. One of them gave me this Gamora, a character with superhuman strength. It's a reminder that we all have the strength to beat any obstacle.
