Listen to Innocent's story
This car reminds me that new beginnings are always possible.
As a refugee in Rwanda for almost 19 years, that wasn't always the case. Since I couldn't do anything outside the refugee camp, there was a ceiling on what I could achieve.
But when I got the chance to come to America, my whole world opened up. I started volunteering at a community center that helped other refugees like me. They eventually hired me full-time, and I started building the life I could only dream of before. Working, driving, owning my first car.
I work hard to give that same sense of hope and possibility to other refugees looking to start over.
